Face to face data workshop in Rome
- Laura Rivera
In October, the TRUSTroke consortium gathered in Rome for a dedicated workshop focused on the harmonisation of variables required for the project’s clinical endpoints. The workshop provided a valuable forum for in-depth discussions on aligning clinical, imaging and patient-related variables across centres, ensuring consistency, comparability and robustness in endpoint definition and analysis.
Beyond the technical sessions, the meeting fostered open exchange on shared challenges, practical solutions and methodological approaches, strengthening collaboration across the consortium. The event also highlighted the importance of fairness assessment and harmonised data practices as a foundation for trustworthy AI development within the project.
